


Kentucky MIH & CP Symposium
The Kentucky Office of Rural Health is pleased to offer a three-day MIH/CP event,
July 22–24, 2026, at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond. Designed for health systems, EMS, and fire agencies, this event highlights mobile integrated health and community paramedicine efforts across Kentucky and the surrounding region.
Each day offers a focused learning opportunity:
• July 22: CADS Certification with bonus MIH model
• July 23: MIH & CP Symposium
• July 24: CP-C Bootcamp & IBSC Exam

Symposium Highlights
The three days are designed to work together as a comprehensive experience, with the option to attend only the sessions that best fit your schedule and interests. Across all sessions, attendees will explore program development, lessons learned, and current topics in MIH/CP, while connecting with teams from across the state.

CADS Certification + MIH Module

Note: If you have already completed CADS, you may attend the MIH portion only.
The Certified Ambulance Documentation Specialist certification is the first offered by NAAC that is geared for EMTs, paramedics, and other EMS field practitioners. Appropriate for anyone involved in EMS clinical care or any aspect of the ambulance service revenue cycle.
